We just bought our first home with Bob and I can't recommend him enough. Until you've bought a house, you don't truly realize how important your Real Estate agent is in the process. Bob was essentially a project manager on top of an agent. He was easy to coordinate with and no task felt too big of an ask, he's extremely connected in the community and can hook you up with misc. things that pop up in the process (and trust me there are many), he brings his local knowledge of the neighborhoods to help you pick the ideal home for your needs and goals. I could write on and on about how he goes above and beyond in the process and why Bob is the perfect RE agent choice for those looking for homes in Grass Valley/Nevada City area.
