April 2026 Market Update
April numbers are in, and here’s what I’m seeing.
Inventory is up.
Homes are actually selling faster.
And prices… they’re starting to level out a bit.
So what does that mean?
If you’re thinking about selling, you’ve got more competition now than you did a few months ago. The homes that are priced right and show well are still moving—but you don’t have as much room for error.
If you’re buying, you’ve got more options than earlier this year. But the good ones? They’re still going quick.
This market isn’t crazy—it just requires a little more awareness.
Scroll through the slides, I broke it down for you.
